Why Zythane®?
Zythane® thermoplastic polyurethane elastomers (TPU) exhibit many desirable properties including extreme abrasion resistance and toughness, excellent adhesion and transparency, flexibility over a wide temperature range (-40° F to + 200° F) and resistance to degradation from water, oils, greases, fungus and other chemicals.
Why Viprene®?
Viprene® thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) exhibit many properties similar to rubber such as flexibility over a wide temperature range (-40° F to + 200° F) and resistance to degradation from water, oils and greases. It can also be processed using conventional injection molding and extrusion equipment.
Why Maxelast®?
Maxelast® combines the great properties of rubber (elasticity, cold weather resistance and soft touch) with the easy processibility of plastics. TPE products can be designed and fabricated faster, easier and more economically. TPE is finding more applications and enabling better and more elegant designs.
Alliance Polymers & Services, LLC (APS)
