On October 1, 2009, Alliance Polymers & Services (APS)
was founded to provide smaller TPU users with high levels of service and
support. Our mission was and still is, to insure the right polymer
is used, find new applications and better processing techniques, and to help our
customers market their end products more successfully.
APS remains the only independent
TPU, TPE, TPV, and other elastomer resource to offer in-depth and high level customer
service, sales, technical service, problem-solving, marketing insight, product
development and other support to designers, marketers and processors. APS
also provides expedited shipment and full laboratory services.
Four years later, under the direction of the plastic industry’s leading marketing and technical
support executives, Roger J. Huarng and Stephane Morin, formerly with BASF
Corporation, APS has grown to market and support Maxelast® TPEs, Viprene® TPVs, Zythane® TPUs,
TPE alloys, compounding series, and custom and standard soft elastomer
formulations. Our team offers the knowledge of all TPEs, TPUs and TPVs. With our combined experience, we offer products and services
offered by major suppliers, but with a personal, hands-on touch.
