Viprene® TPV

Supplied as natural or black pellets, Viprene®  thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV) grades are offered in hardness ranges from 45 Shore A to 50 Shore D and combine mechanical performance of thermoset rubber with processing properties of plastics. TPVs offer flexibility at low temperatures as well as long-term resistance in harsh environments and applications where abrasion, chemical, and UV resistance are required. Depending on grade, TPVs can be injection molded, extruded, or blow molded.
