During NPE 2012, April 1-5, 2012 in booth #57020 (TPE Pavilion, North Hall), elastomers distributor and technical service provider Alliance Polymers and Services, LLC (APS) will highlight three new elastomer innovations, among them:

·    One of the TPE industry’s broadest and most versatile lines of SEBS-based thermoplastic elastomers, the 7 Families of Maxelast® TPEs from Polymax, with emphasis on TPEs for consumer and industrial products.
·       Latest developments of the world’s best selling TPUs (thermoplastic polyurethanes) by BASF Corporation, sold under the trade name Elastollan® TPUs.
·       News and details on the TPE industry’s newest and most versatile compounding facilities where customers can have special grades of TPEs formulated or existing Maxelast TPE grades “tweaked” for their unique or one-of-a-kind applications.

APS Maxelast TPE Lines to be Highlighted at NPE include:
Maxelast C series of ultra clear TPEs for products ranging from soft gel shoe insoles and health and exercise equipment, new D Series TPEs for extrusion applications which is offered as a cost- effective  replacement for vulcanized rubber and EPDM and Maxelast D series extrudable film series for gloves.  

APS Elastollan TPU Lines  from BASF
Elastollan 785 A 10 HPM series TPUs for flat cables, formulated for hybrid and electric vehicles and Elatollan TPU series AC85A for car handles and other interior automotive parts requiring durability. 

The New APS TPE Compounding Lab
